Annonce de la création d'un État toubou au Tibesti (Tchad)

C'est avec plaisir que nous apprenons ce jour la création d'un État toubou dans la région du Tibesti au Tchad. Les peuples opprimés se réveillent, bougent et s'émancipent et cela va dans le sens de l'Histoire.

Pour rappel, les Toubous appartiennent à la grande nation Kanouri qui se situe sur plusieurs États : Tchad, Niger, Lybie, Soudan et Nigéria.

Les Toubous, les Zagawas, les Kenembous, forment la grande nation Kanouri.

Le Congrès mondial Toubou (World Tubu Congress) est une organisation composée d’associations et d’organisations Toubou et d’amis de la Nation Toubou, présentes dans le monde entier, Algérie, Soudan, Soudan du Sud, Égypte, Éthiopie, Érythrée, Libye, Niger, Rwanda, Monténégro, Croatie, Iceland, Pologne, Lithuanie, Turquie. Allemagne, UK, Allemagne, Chine, Russie, Allemagne, Finland, Israel, USA.
Le Congrès Mondial Toubou a été crée à Toulouse, France le 14 septembre 2006 par JOMODE ELIE GETTY, président du Conseil National Toubou (Tubu Nation Council).
L’objectif du Congrès mondial Toubou est la création d’un Etat Toubou dans la région du massif du Tibesti, au nord du Tchad, dans le respect des frontières Libyennes, Nigérien, Soudanaise.
Le Congrès mondial Toubou informe la communauté internationale, ce 14 septembre 2020, de la proclamation d’un État Toubou dans le territoire de la Tibesti.
Un gouvernement provisoire est mis en place, composé de 12 membres, la présidence sera assurée par JOMODE ELIE GETTY, un parlement provisoire de 40 membres est constitué.

The World Tubu Congress is an organization made up of Tubu associations and organizations and friends of the Tubu Nation, present around the world, including in Algeria, Sudan, South Sudan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Libya, Niger, Rwanda, Montenegro, Croatia, Iceland, Poland, Lithuania, Turkey, Italy, UK, France, China, Russia, Germany, Finland, Israel, and USA.
The World Tubu Congress was created in Toulouse France on 14 September 2006 by JOMODE ELIE GETTY, president of the Tubu Nation Council.
The objective of the World Tubu Congress is the creation of a Tubu State in the mountainous region of the Tibesti, in Northern Chad, respecting the Libyan, Soudan, Niger borders.
The World Tubu Congress informs the international community, on 14 September 2020, of the proclamation of a Tubu State in the territory of the Tibesti.
A provisional government is set up, composed of 12 members. The presidency will be held by JOMODE ELIE GETTY and a provisional parliament of 40 members is formed.
